D328eco coming to FS2004

When did you last feel the thrill of taking flight? What was your destination? What was your purpose? Where do you want to go next? Welcome to the D328eco™ -- yesterday's heritage with tomorrow's technology.  Less fuel, less carbon emissions, less impact on our planet. Taking off from Oberpfaffenhofen on a short test flight (FS2004 screenshot). The Deutsche Aircraft D328eco is a stretched version of the original Dornier 328 regional aircraft, designed with sustainability in mind. As such, it is designed to be able to adopt sustainable fuels, while improving on its predecessor in terms of performance and economy. It is expected to enter into service by the middle of this decade, and in the meantime, I am bringing this bird to Flight Simulator, starting with FS2004. 3-view I made using screenshots from gmax. Development progress on FSDeveloper. More info on the D328eco from DRA. For FS2004 Earlier this year, I started work on this future regional airliner project out of interest,

Masking tape aircraft

It's been a little over 11 years since I started making things out of masking tape. It all started with the Airbus A300-600 (below), which I made back in 23.11.2009. Compared to where I'm at now, it didn't look as good, but I did at least try and manage to get the general shape of it. Later on, I would eventually extend the fuselage to the correct length, and even convert it into a freighter, partially so I could try out modeling an opening cargo door. It's still at my old home in Sharjah, albeit, probably in a worse state than it is now, since I left the UAE back in 2016. All it was was basically me twisting and rolling strips of masking tape--sticky side out, mind you--to make the shape of various aircraft components, including the fuselage, wings, and stabilizers separately, and sticking them together. Eventually, I'd cover the aircraft with masking tape with the non-sticky side out to prevent dust and lint from accumulating. I had used various brands of masking

Long overdue?

I've made several Microsoft Sam videos during my time on YouTube. As a matter of fact, my first three videos I have ever uploaded on YouTube (now removed) have been MS Sam videos, back when TTS videos were just popping up. But after four years, I decided to return for one video, in which Microsoft Sam played Cal of Duty: Ghosts . And after that... nothing, aside from an Engrish video project that I briefly worked on, and then scrapped. And then another four years pass until I start work on another Microsoft Sam Plays video... In 2017, I started playing Call of Duty: Online, a free-to-play game for China, and boy, did I have a field day with it, even IF the ping was a bit high (this game only has Chinese servers). And as soon as I got to grips with the game, I started recording footage for use in what you're seeing above.  Yes, another Microsoft Sam video ... but I haven't seen anyone make him play CODOL, so I thought I'd embark on making one.  Now, while many MS Sam Pla

And so it begins, I guess

Hi! Yep, this is the same fs10inator you may have come across if you have. I feel like this would be a great place to share some of what I do, since I can only say so much at once on Twitter. I upload various things on my YouTube channel , which reflect my insterest; from spaceflight, to gaming, to aviation, to Flight Simulator... and an occasional filler meme here and there. Other things I like doing include making stuff (mostly airplanes) out of masking tape, biking, and playing the jaw harp. Forgive the brief introduction, but I'm just starting to familiarize myself with the current state of Blogger. And for now, I'll leave you with one of my favourite screenshots:      I'd be lying to you if I didn't tell you this is FS2004... Maybe I should tell my kids this is P3D! You can also find me on: YouTube Twitter Instagram Twitch (albeit I don't stream often) Linktree (for all of my links) P.S., for those who viewed my Blogger profile before this post, I haven't
